For in-stock items, estimated delivery time in North America is 1-2 weeks. Dyed to order items may require additional processing time. If additional processing time is required, you will be notified by email within 24 hours of placing the order.

Customs

Shelridge Yarns declares real value and package contents on all international shipments. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes applied. Shelridge Yarns is not responsible for any delays in customs.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted provided the following conditions are met:

1. Contact Shelridge Yarns within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items shipped back within 21 days of delivery.

3. Items are returned in their original, re-saleable condition.

4. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
