Knitting socks & a hat for the little ones is an excellent quick knit project. The sock pattern is written for a set of 5 double pointed (dp) needles. You will need to adjust the number of stitches on each needle if you are using a 4 needle set. With such tiny items, the “shortie”, 5” needle sets are ideal.
